Pasta Classes
Our pasta program is great for home cooks and chefs aspiring to learn more. We work on recipe development, pasta shapes, and dough techniques. Offering one on one in home classes. Our classes will only be offered to Michigan residents from Oakland or Macomb County.
Beginner
Learn to make pasta semolina with a variety of pasta shapes, The coarse is 1 hour 30 minutes.

Intermediate
Learn to make pasta semolina & pasta uovo with a variety of different pasta shapes.
The coarse is 2 hours long
