Starter Pasta Tools
If you’re new or advancing in handmade pasta, picking the right tools can feel overwhelming. The quality of pasta is determined by the products you use on a daily basis. It is very important that you choose the right tools for the job. Below you can find some of my favorite products to get started.
mattarello (110cm, 115cm, 120cm)
tagliere (pasta board or table)
pasta cutters (fluted and straight)
cavarola board (textured board)
ferretto & wooden dowel (brass rods)
chitarra (hand cut tonnarelli)
ring mold cutters (fluted and straight)
chef/pastas knives (one to cut pasta, one small knife for shapes)

Other tools I enjoy having is a peg board to have all my tools on, multiple tools boxes, and white fish tubs. It’s very important to hang your mattarello rolling pin up so it doens’t warp.
